We offer consulting services at our office located in the Wrocław Business Park – Bierutowska Park, as well as remotely. We work in Polish and English.

Who we are
Jakub Niedźwiecki
I am an attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Attorney-at-Law in Wrocław. I have extensive litigation experience in civil and commercial disputes, including compensation and debt collection cases. I also specialise in providing services to the TSL industry.
I advise entrepreneurs and individual clients. I am CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) certified. I completed postgraduate studies in ‘Personal Data Protection in Administration and Business’ at the WSB Academy.
I also provide legal assistance in English. I am passionate about history and enjoy fencing in my spare time.
Monika Niedźwiecka
I am an attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Attorney-at-Law in Wrocław. I have extensive experience in providing services to businesses, and I also provide legal support to individuals. In addition to my law studies, I also graduated in French philology from the University of Wrocław and in Finance and Accounting from the University of Economics in Wrocław.
I have extensive experience in providing services to large companies, particularly in matters relating to labour law, GDPR and compliance. I also handle cases in the field of family law and civil law in the broad sense. I work on the principle of seeking solutions and opportunities rather than obstacles. I completed postgraduate studies in Data Protection Inspector at the Upper Silesian School of Commerce and a certified course in Family Mediation at the SWPS University.
I also provide legal assistance in English. In my free time, I paint and read books.
